Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork. Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions to our collectors.

Exchanges for Damaged Artwork We hold our shipping process to the highest standards. However, in the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right through an exchange or replacement.
To qualify for an exchange due to shipping damage:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged artwork, as well as the exterior and interior packaging.
Upon review of the damage, we will arrange for the artwork to be sent back and work with you to provide a replacement print or an exchange for an original piece of equal value.
Commissions & Revisions For custom commissioned artwork, our goal is to bring your unique vision to life. Because of the highly personalized nature of this work, commissions are strictly non-refundable.
To ensure you are thrilled with your investment, our commission process includes built-in revision checkpoints prior to the finalization and shipping of the piece. Once a commissioned artwork has been explicitly approved by the collector and shipped, the sale is considered completely final.
